Planning Services

What type of events do you plan?

We plan luxury corporate events, fundraisers, galas, specialized training, and leadership retreats. From professional development seminars to donor galas, holiday parts, and bespoke dinner experiences.

How do you structure your pricing?

We offer thoughtfully designed packages with flexible options to suit your unique needs. Whether you’re looking for full-service planning, month-of coordination, or a customized experience in-between, we have a seamless, detail-driven solution. Schedule a consultation for a custom proposal.

Do you offer virtual services?

Absolutely! Whether supporting from afar or simply accommodating your busy schedule, we offer virtual planning support including timeline creation, vendor selection and coordination, layout design, entertainment options, and more.

Logistics & Support

How far in advance should we book an event?

We recommend starting the process with us 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak-season dates. Depending on the type of event, we are able to plan weeks in advance.

Will I work directly with Kate?

Yes - Kate personally leads every project from start to finish. We don't hand you off or delegate the heart of the experience.

Do you travel?

Absolutely! We travel throughout Michigan and to select destinations. Travel fees may apply for events more than 40 miles from Grand Rapids (49503) or out of state.

Additional Services

Do you offer discounts or vender perks?

Yes we do! Many of our preferred vendor and entertainment partners offer exclusive pricing for West & Co. clients. Part of our commitment to your investment is to reduce your overall costs while ensuring you're working with trusted, high-quality professionals.

How many coordinators will be on-site during our event?

It depends on your overall guest count and logistics. Most events include one lead planner (Kate) and 1-2 assistants for optimal coverage. Luxury events may require additional staff and will be factored into the proposal.

What happens if we need more time on event day?

All planning packages include unlimited event day coverage with dedicated staff so you can fully enjoy your curated experience. You're in good hands.
